I know how frustrating crashes are, and do my best to build reliable apps. Unfortunately, bugs do sometimes occur. If you experience a crash, please contact me. The more detail you can provide, the better I am able to assist you:
- Version of iOS you are using. On your device: Settings > General > About > Version
- Version of app you are using. In the app: (i) Info button
- What the crash looked like (e.g. it quit to the home screen)
- What you were doing when the crash occurred.
- Crash log.
To get your crash log, sync your device with your computer. You should have a file on your computer that looks similar to:
