We have tested with hundreds of comics, but once in a while there is a case where the app doesn't know how to handle your archive. Connect your iPad to your computer and use iTunes File Sharing to see if there are any comics that did not import successfully.
After Comic Viewer is done importing, your ImportQueue folder should have a size of zero KB. If ImportQueue shows a file size, or you see a Failed folder, there's an issue importing one of your archives. Steps for troubleshooting follow:
- Select the offending folder under Comic Viewer Documents in iTunes File Sharing
- Click the Save to... button to save a copy of the folder and its contents to your desktop.
- Again select the offending folders from Comic Viewer Documents in iTunes File Sharing and tap the Delete button on your keyboard.
You should now be able to launch the app.
Please contact me so that I can get a copy of any archives you find stuck in the ImportQueue or Failed folders. I can't fix what I don't know about.
