To delete or uninstall NumLock from your system:
- Quit NumLock if it's currently running. Do this by selecting the NumLock icon (#) in the menu bar and choose Quit NumLock.
- Locate the NumLock application icon and drag it to the trash. The default install location for NumLock is your Applications folder.
- If you previously had NumLock set to launch at Login, you can remove it from the list by selecting it and clicking the - (minus button). This is found by launching the Settings Application > Users & Groups.
NOTE: If you unchecked "Show NumLock in menu bar", the # icon to display the preferences window will not be visible. To quit the app, you'll need to double-click the NumLock application icon to display the window. NumLock is installed in your Applications folder by default. You can then use Command-Q keyboard combination (⌘Q) to quit the app.
